The Space Reproduction Roadmap Consortium ("SRRC", "we") is a research initiative of SpaceBorn United B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands. The data controller for personal data processed via this website is SpaceBorn United B.V., represented by Dr. Egbert Edelbroek (Chief Executive Officer and Media Lead). For any data-protection request you can reach us at egbert.edelbroek@spacebornunited.com.
What we collect
We only process the personal data you choose to share through the contact form, the support-tier registration form, or by emailing us directly. That data consists of your first and last name, your email address, optionally your message body, and (for support-tier registrations) your indicated tier and cadence. We do not collect IP-based analytics, behavioural tracking, or third-party advertising identifiers. No automated decision-making takes place.
Purpose & legal basis
Form submissions are processed under Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, to respond to your enquiry, register your interest in supporting the consortium, or coordinate scientific or media collaboration. Where consent is the basis (e.g. opt-in to roadmap updates), you can withdraw it at any time. We do not transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell personal data.
Retention
Submissions are retained for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, after which they are deleted unless a longer retention period is required by Dutch tax or scientific-record law. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). Requests are handled free of charge within one month, extendable by a further two months for complex cases.
